Payment Methods

We accept payments through PayPal, which allows you to pay securely using your PayPal balance, credit card, or debit card. Payments can be made via:

  • Credit and Debit Cards processed through PayPal

Transaction Process

  1. Subscription Activation: Upon completion of your payment, your subscription will be activated. You will receive an email with your login credentials and access to the BrustTV SaaS software, along with installation instructions.
  2. Currency: All payments are processed in GBP OR USD unless otherwise specified.
  3. Invoices: After a successful payment, you will receive a transaction confirmation via email. An invoice will also be provided for your records.

Payment Terms

  • Subscription Fees: Payments for BrustTV SaaS are recurring, billed annually or monthly (depending on the plan selected). The subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
  • Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so before the next billing cycle. To cancel, please contact us via email at contact@brusttv.com at least 48 hours before your renewal date. Please note, no refunds will be issued for partial periods.

Refunds & Disputes

  1. Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the activation date of your subscription. If you are not satisfied with the software, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting our support team at contact@brusttv.com. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
  2. Dispute Resolution: If you encounter any issues with your payment or subscription, please contact us at contact@brusttv.com before initiating a dispute. We are committed to resolving any concerns in a timely manner.
  3. Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback with PayPal, we may suspend or terminate your access to BrustTV SaaS until the matter is resolved. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before taking this action.

Security

Taxation

Depending on your location, applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) may be added to the transaction at checkout. The total amount displayed during checkout is the final price you will pay.
